  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
    1½ tsp garam masala
    1 - 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
    ½ tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped or 1 tsp ginger powder
    2 garlic clove, crushed & chopped

This sauce takes 5 minutes to make from 5 ingredients. What could be easier?  It can be eaten hot or cold. The rest is up to you… mushroom & pepper skewers, crunchy vegetable sticks like carrots or cucumbers, tofu skewers or just pour it over some rice.

  1. Place a pan on a medium heat on hob. Add all the ingredients plus a cup of cold water and stir well. (If your peanut butter is sugar free, add 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar).
  2. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Add ½ tsp salt and taste. Add more chilli if you like. Serve.
